Grown by smallholder farmers in Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia, at 1,300–1,500 meters, this medium roast features Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varietals cultivated in fertile volcanic loam soils. Fully washed and carefully dried in solar dryers to protect the beans from rain, it produces a vibrant, balanced cup with notes of dried orange, sweet berries, and rich chocolate. Smooth, flavorful, and elegant, it’s a coffee that delights the senses from the first sip to the last.
