Ethiopia Natural

Grown by smallholder farmers in the Sidama Zone of Ethiopia at 1,700–1,900 meters, this medium-light roast features indigenous heirloom cultivars nurtured in rich Nitisol soils. Fully naturally processed, hand-sorted, and dried on raised beds, the beans produce a smooth, vibrant cup with notes of milk chocolate, bright fruit, and sweet caramel. Elegant, balanced, and expressive, it’s a coffee that showcases the unique character of Ethiopia’s Sidama region.
