Grown by 1,500 cooperative members of Café Organics in Marcala, La Paz, Honduras, at 1,300–1,700 meters, this medium-dark roast features Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varietals cultivated in mineral-rich clay soils. Fully washed and sun-dried, the beans yield a rich, satisfying cup with notes of caramel, warm spices, and brown sugar. Smooth, balanced, and flavorful, it’s a coffee that delights from the first sip to the last.
