Grown by dedicated coffee farmers in Chiapas and Oaxaca, Mexico, at 900–1,000 meters, this medium roast features Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varietals cultivated in mineral-rich clay soils. Fully washed and sun-dried, the beans produce a smooth, flavorful cup with notes of rich chocolate, warm cinnamon, and bright green apple.
