Roasted to a smooth medium, this coffee comes from the Piura region of Amazonas, Peru, cultivated by the Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino. Grown at 1,100–1,700 meters in mineral-rich clay soils, the beans—Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor—are carefully gully-washed and sun-dried to preserve their vibrant character. The cup is silky and sweet, with indulgent notes of salted caramel and bright hints of citrus, offering a balanced and captivating coffee experience.
