Grown in the Mbeya region of Tanzania by dedicated small cooperative farmers, this medium-light roast showcases Bourbon and Kent varietals cultivated at 1,200–1,900 meters in mineral-rich clay soils. Fully washed and sun-dried on raised beds, the beans produce a vibrant, aromatic cup with bright notes of pear, delicate floral and jasmine accents, and hints of sweet strawberry. Light, elegant, and exceptionally balanced, it’s a coffee that delights the senses from the first sip to the last.
